Parental and family care
Whether you’re welcoming a child by birth, surrogacy, adoption or foster care, we got you. New parents (birthing and non-birthing) can take a minimum of 18 weeks fully paid parental leave, in one or two blocks over a rolling 12 month period. We offer financial support which covers a wide range of treatments and services such as infertility consultation, drugs and vaccination, in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg freezing, donor sperm or eggs, intrauterine insemination (IUI), among others.
